New brews

Having a stock of the regular beers and seasonal beers I’ve taken the opportunity this week to brew up a couple of newbies. Fermenting away in FV2 is the Unconventional Lime Pepper Saison at 4.6% and running off into FV1 as we speak is a new chocolatey, vanilla, lactose number.  I’m aiming for a rich, sweet stout style; thinking of a beer equivalent of a mug of hot chocolate by a log fire.  As yet unnamed so if you’ve any ideas let me know and look out for them in January.
